Famous for his role in the Call of Duty Zombies series, the Mystery Box Teddy Bear makes an appearance in Blackout. You can find the mystery box teddy bear by searching the roof of the Asylum, along with searching the inside where he has been found sitting in a wheelchair, as well as on top of the piano.

Sonic Generations reference

In an early cutscene, where Modern Sonic first meets Classic Sonic, Moden sonic will say "Its been generations since I saw you!". This is a reference to Sonic Generations, where both Classic and Modern Sonic meet up.
