A Poogie can be found on the bottom floor (Tradeyard) in Astera. After each quest, visit the Poogie and successfully pet it when it gets an exclamation mark over it's head (you only need to do this once per quest). After a certain amount of quests, the Poogie will get really ecstatic when you pet it and jump really high. This will now allow the Poogie to find new costumes and items for you. Note that may still need to do one more quest after getting the Poogie to be this way.

Pick up the Poogie and bring it to the designated locations (your controller will vibrate when at the correct location) and put it down for it to dig up an item. Then take the item it dug up to permanently unlock the costume. You need to do a quest each time to get another item.

Prophet - Obtain the Ocular Prosthetic mission item (acquired by searching Supply Drops) AND Win the match while you have 3 perks active, along with the Ocular Prosthetic in your inventory. Ruin - Obtain the Punching Mitts mission item (acquired by searching the Red Crane at the Construction Site, the Lighthouse, the Rafters at the Turbine Hangar 2, and on top of the Asylum Roof) AND Kill an enemy using close quarters combat. This can be done through melee or simply shooting an enemy at close range AND finish the match with the Punching Mitts in your inventory. Seraph - Find the Annihilator mission item (acquired by shooting the target at the Firing Range, then looting the green box inside the building at the front of the range) AND Kill 1 enemy with the Annihilator AND Finish the match in the top 15 players. Ajax - Obtain the Destroyed Armored Plating mission items (acquired by looting fallen enemies) AND Scavenge 3 pieces of Destroyed Armored Plating AND finish the match with 3 Destroyed Armored Plating pieces in your inventory. Crash - Obtain Poker Chips mission item (acquired by searching Medical Stashes) AND End the match with 15 Healing Items AND Finish the match in the Top 3 Squads, Top 8 Duos, or Top 15 Solo AND Finish the match with the Poker Chips in your inventory.
