Ultimis Nikolai - Unlocked from Contraband in Black Market (Tier 45) in Operation: Absolute Zero. Ultimis Dempsey - Unlocked from Contraband in Black Market (Tier 95) in Operation: Absolute Zero. IX Bruno - Obtain the Lion Pauldron mission item (acquired from Mystery boxes) AND Down an enemy with a Combat Axe and Clean Up the kill AND Finish the match with the Lion Pauldron in your inventory. IX Diego - Obtain the Mayan Crest mission ite (acquired from Equipment Stashes) AND Kill or Clean Up an enemy with a Bowie Knif AND Finish the match with the Mayan Crest in your inventory. IX Scarlett - Obtain the Steel Bracer mission item (acquired by killing Zombies) AND Open a Supply Drop AND Finish the match with the Steel Bracer in your Inventory. Frost: This character can be unlocked by picking Sub-Zero all 4 times in Chapter 4 of the story. If you pick Scorpion by mistake you can replay that part of the chapter and choose Sub-Zero. Shao Kahn: This character is only available for those who have pre-ordered the game. If you bought the disc version, there should be a leaflet inside with the Shao Kahn code. If you pre-ordered digitally it will automatically download with the game.
