When jumping out of the plane, wave dive until the last 100 KM. Wave diving is performed by slowly moving the mouse up and down, thus causing a wave for the character.

'Free' Whiterun House

In order to buy the house in Whiterun, you'll need 5000 coins on hand, but you'll be able to keep it with this trick, which makes use of your ability to turn your head around while talking to people. If you go to the man who sells you the house in Whiterun while he's asleep in his bed, he'll sit up to talk to you. Make sure you're standing in a place that you can open the nightstand or dresser next to the bed while you're talking to him. As soon as you agree to buy the house IMMEDIATELY open the dresser next to the bed and put your gold into it and return to the conversation. He'll give you the key, and then you can just get your gold back out of the dresser, as rich as you were before.

Use focus to see if an fixer is in your game

As the title says, using focus allows you to see if a fixer is in your game, as focus will not work. If this occurs, go to the nearest mission, so that you can start locating the fixer

Add any item

Console command: player.additem [itemcode] # Adds items based on Item Codes, where [itemcode] is the item code, and # is the amount you want For example: Add 1000 Septum: player.additem 0000000f 1000 Add 100 Lockpicks: player.additem 0000000a 100 IMPORTANT: Do not exceed 20,000 Gold / Septum in your inventory at any one time, as it will glitch out and cause problems when trading with merchants. When you reach 20,000 Gold / Septum, deposit the funds in a chest, then go back and continue trading.
