In order to buy the house in Whiterun, you'll need 5000 coins on hand, but you'll be able to keep it with this trick, which makes use of your ability to turn your head around while talking to people. If you go to the man who sells you the house in Whiterun while he's asleep in his bed, he'll sit up to talk to you. Make sure you're standing in a place that you can open the nightstand or dresser next to the bed while you're talking to him. Run-Jump-Crouch in stealth

Due to how stealth works in payday2 (running makes you most likely to be detected, with walking being less, to then crouching being the least), you can perform, a Run-Jump-Crouch to get around faster. To do this, you first need to trigger a run, to then jump and quickly press the crouch key (you will know if you have done this correctly as your character will do a 'dolphin dive' effect.). As a result, this means that you can have the max speed as running but having the minimum detection risk when crouching.
