Melee Dash / Melee Dodge

By Adecool

Standing still and using melee does as it's intended, however something the game doesn't explain is that you're given a short momentum boost when you strafe left or right, or move forward and use melee. If you perform a melee attack when strafing, it's like a hidden quick dodge move, useful for dodging sentinel fire. If you perform a melee attack while moving forward, you gain a quick forward dash for a second. Melee while moving forward and while still in the middle of the melee animation, do a quick jump to perform a quick bunnyhop dash forward. Maintain your height with jetpack to cover extremely long distances quickly. You have to follow up jumping after melee fairly quickly to get this to work, at least within a quarter second of pressing the melee button. This can also be applied in strafing directions as well.

High Velocity Swimming Glitch

By Adecool

It's possible to swim incredibly fast, you just need to be moving really fast before you hit the water, and don't bump into any objects in your trajectory once under water. Best way to perform this: Fall from a really high height. Get at the shore, utilize a Melee Dash with Jetpack Jump and keep going up until your jetpack runs out, hit the water, and keep holding forward. You can then turn and pitch your camera into whatever direction and you'll maintain your falling velocity underwater. If you're underground cave and don't have a lot of height to play with, utilize Sprint and Melee Dash into Bunnyhop and you'll build up quite a bit of velocity before you hit the water, just be prepared to point your camera into the trajectory you need to go once you're underwater.

Learn unlimited words

By Adecool

To learn unlimited words from a specific faction, Gek, Korvax or Vy'keen follow these steps. 1. Ensure you have Carbon on you, at least 20 in order to initiate a conversation with any NPC you come across. 2. After talking to them they will give you 3 options. It's usually fuel, shield recharge/health recharge or a learning a new word. 3. If learning a new word pops up first, select it, the next time you talk to them select the Fuel option, which will give you carbon back. 4. Talk to them again and the option to select a new word should show up. Basically every other time you talk to the NPC you will have the ability to learn a new word, and if you get lucky with Fuel in between you will never run out of carbon to keep the conversations going. This also works best if you are trying for 'The Sentinel' Trophy on an extreme planet as you now can gain the full vocabulary while waiting.
